1General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the organization operating the wlmbd platform ("wlmbd", "we", "our") and any person who uses this website or mobile platform ("member", "you").

These terms apply to all services on wlmbd, including live casino games, slot games, sports betting, fishing games and other gaming products. By accessing this website or using any service, you automatically accept the obligation to comply with these terms in full.

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion.

2Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the wlmbd platform, members must be at least 21 years of age. Minors may not register or play games on this platform. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. If false information is provided, the account may be closed immediately and wlmbd reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the account.

2.3 Single Account Only

Each person may open one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed. Any balance and bonuses held in duplicate accounts will be considered void.

2.4 Other Eligibility Requirements

  • You must not be a resident of any country or region where this type of gaming activity is completely prohibited.
  • You are playing for yourself and with your own funds — not on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.
  • You do not suffer from a gambling addiction and are using this service voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.
  • You have not previously been banned from wlmbd or self-excluded.

3Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password and Login Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account login information completely confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Use

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted from your account. Allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. This will be considered a violation of platform rules.

3.3 Updating Contact Information

If your email address, phone number or other contact details change, update your account promptly. Without accurate contact information, there may be delays in receiving important notices or processing payments.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.2 Payment Methods

wlmbd currently supports the following payment methods:

The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals does not have to be the same, but account verification must be completed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. There may be a slight delay during high traffic periods or when additional security checks are required.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

For security purposes, wlmbd may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal will be placed on hold. Proof of the source of deposited funds may also be requested.

4.5 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not permitted.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳300 is required, and the bonus amount must meet a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be taken at the same time unless specifically approved.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are usable as gaming credits only.
  • Specific game restrictions may apply when using bonus funds in games.
  • If misuse of a bonus is suspected, wlmbd reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and investigate.

5.3 Promotion Changes

wlmbd reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any promotion, bonus offer or cashback programme at any time. Where changes are made, an effort will be made to notify members in advance.

5.4 VIP Cashback Programme

The wlmbd VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback at each tier is provided subject to applicable terms.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fairness of Game Results

The outcome of all games on the wlmbd platform is determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This is completely fair and free from manipulation. We conduct regular audits to ensure fair play.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection during a game or session, wlmbd will determine the outcome based on system logs. wlmbd will not be liable for losses caused by technical errors.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Different betting limits may apply when using bonus funds.

6.4 Game Restrictions

Some games may not be available to members in certain countries or regions. Game availability may change in accordance with the guidelines of software providers.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wlmbd platform:

  • Conducting money laundering or transactions using illegal funds.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or hardware.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
  • Conducting cyber attacks on the wlmbd platform or servers.
  • Claiming withdrawals using false or fraudulent information.
  • Harassing other members or using offensive language.
  • Using the wlmbd name or logo to deceive third parties.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8Responsible Gaming

Game software is operated by third-party providers. wlmbd bears limited liability for technical errors in these games.

11Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 wlmbd's Rights

wlmbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • If these terms and conditions are violated.
  • In cases of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
  • If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected.
  • If registration was completed using false information.
  • To comply with legal or regulatory directives.

11.2 Member's Rights

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals or bonus processes must be completed before closure.

11.3 Balance Refund

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the member's valid balance will be refunded. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

The original version of these terms is written in Bengali. If a translation in another language is available, the Bengali version will always take precedence.
